In the context of the 2011 EU-China Year of Youth, this call foresees that particular attention will be given to projects aiming at promoting dialogue, exchange and cooperation in the field of youth between the EU and China.
 The deadline to submit applications is the 6 May 2011. Proposals must be submitted by a promoter based in one of the Youth in Action Programme Countries (cfr. section 5.4 of the applicant guidelines).
