The Forum is supporting the implementation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) resolution “Expansion of democracy by lowering the voting age to 16”.

In this context the Forum provides you with the possibility for a training on how to implement the PACE resolution. The training aims at setting up a “Buddy System” between one organisation that is experienced in working at vote 16 and one organisation that aims at working on this topic. These 5 “twinning’s” within the “Buddy System on vote 16” will support the launch of an investigation process in five Council of Europe countries as outlined in the PACE resolution “Expansion of democracy by lowering the voting age to 16”.
