DUF Introductory Guide to NGO programming in Support of the Inclusion of Youth
Please find attached a newly published study entitled: "Working With Youth in the MENA Region, an Introductory Guide to NGO programming in Support of the Inclusion of Youth". The guide was produced by the MENA Network and sponsored by the Danish Youth Council and was mainly designed for DUF member organisations and practitioners working with MENA youth to introduce them to the youth work in MENA.

DEEEP Job offer: consultancy services for the creation of an advocacy toolkit (16 days)
DEEEP will produce a new advocacy toolkit ("Making the case for Development Education"). To support the DEEEP team in the creation of this publication, we are are looking for a consultant who could work on this for 16 days in February and March (daily rate 300,- Euro). January Newsletter: Alcohol Policy Youth Network
APYN is a network of youth organizations and youth clubs that works towards the reduction of harmful effects of youth drinking. Its mission is to mobilize young people across Europe to raise awareness about alcohol related topics and to become advocates of better alcohol policy on a local, national and international level. APYN conducts research into young people and alcohol and all its policies are based on scientific evidence.

EURANET awards ceremony - 31 January 2012 European Parliament
The event will happen during three hours at the European Parliament and will be divided in two parts: the awards ceremony and a series of debates that will follow.
The objective of the second part would be to gather young Europeans (around 20) who will attend these Connect.Euranet debates. There they will have the opportunity to raise questions to the Commissioners and Parliamentarians present.
