IYNF call for participants - GetStarted II
IYNF has opened the call for participants for the training on international youth programmes management.
The course will take place in Glucksburg, Germany (by the Baltic Sea) between the 3rd and 11th of March 2012.
The course is jointly organised by International Young Naturefriends (IYNF) and German Young Naturefriends (NFJD), within the networking programme of IYNF.

Call for participants - Spring Seminar 2012 in Budapest
Dear friends
We are pleased to inform you about the Spring Seminar 2012, to be held 15-22 April 2012 at the European Youth Centre Budapest, Hungary.
The event is named "Bridging the Age Gap: working together to develop rural communities" and it aims to promote intergenerational solidarity in rural youth work as part of the 2012 European Year of Intergenerational Solidarity. By working together across generations we can more effectively support sustainable rural communities and create a better future for rural young people.

Questionnaire in reference to General Assembly Resolution 65/312 as well as the Coordinated Mapping Initiative of the United Nations Inter-Agency Network on Youth Development (UNIANYD)
The attached questionnaire is on challenges affecting youth and it will be used to feed into the next SG report to the CSocD in 2013. It is more general about what our organisations are doing, what challenges we are facing, as well as our recommendations on how to improve the United Nations' work on youth as well as in general.
The deadline has been extended and feedback should be sent to the UNPY by January 24 2012.

Youth Conference on Youth and Alcohol, July 2012
The Alcohol Policy Youth Network are pleased to announce that we are applying for a Call for Youth Participation Projects to the Youth in Action Programme, Action 5.1, on the 1st February 2012 deadline. The proposed dates are 26th to 31st July 2012 in Izola, Slovenia.
We are currently working on the partnerships (several meetings and emailing - like this one), so we kindly ask you to read through the short description and send us back ASAP the attached preliminary agreement, in case you are interested in joining.

EurActiv: Applications welcome for 2012 EU Journalism Training
In 2011, Fondation EurActiv and the Robert Bosch Stiftung launched an innovative training programme to help young journalists gain experience in European Union policies and online media. The second edition of this programme will start in Spring 2012 and applications are now open.
Selected applicants will be invited to follow a week’s training in Berlin. (Organized in cooperation with EurActiv Germany and taking place in March 2012). The Berlin seminar will include training on contemporary case-studies and new journalism techniques.
