EU-China Year of Youth 2011
The EU and China have declared 2011 as the EU-China Year of Youth with a view to "further promoting and deepening partnership between Europe and China". For more information on the year and how you can be part of it, see the attached briefing note.

IYNF Call for participants : Training InTouch
The training called InTouch is mainly designed for members of our member and partner organisations, but certainly also interesting and open to members of member organisations of the European Youth Forum.
The training is from 22-28th of November in Oostduinkerke, Belgium.
The topic is: Project management for youth exchanges.
During the training the participants can search partners for their projects and they will get training in grant writing.

Feedback on the involvement of your national members in the drafting of Europe 2020 National Reform Programmes
Dear Member Organisations,
the Social Platform, of which the YFJ is a member, would like to ask you to give feedback on the Member Organisations' (mostly NYCs) involvement or non-involvement in the drafting of National Reform Programmes in EU Member States, as part of the implementation of the Europe 2020 Strategy. They would be pleased with feedback before September 28, so the YFJ will collect inputs from our Member Organisations.

Call for study sessions applications for 2011
The process for applications for activities to be held the second semester of 2011 in cooperation with the European Youth Centre, in Budapest and Strasbourg, is now open. These activities concern, in majority, study sessions in the Youth Centre’s programmes. Study sessions may last from 4 to 8 working days and bring together between 20 to 40 participants. Double study sessions may bring together up to 70 participants. In addition to study sessions, international/European youth organisations and networks may also apply for symposia or for “special projects”.
